Rumi olive trees are the most ancient trees in Palestine, many dating back more than 2,000 years. Rumi trees are organically grown as an original variety. Rumi olive oil is legendary with its rich, robust, and fruity flavor followed by a lingering peppery finish. It is well suited for the finest cuisine.

The native Nabali variety is grown organically in family farms in the northern mountains of Palestine where olive oil was first cultivated. This premium olive oil is full-bodied, delicate, and smooth. It lends itself to most culinary uses. 

Jenin olive oil is a fusion of early harvest green olive oil and late harvest full-flavored buttery oil. This blend creates a complex taste that makes a great addition to a wide range of culinary applications. Jenin is a fine, organic olive oil that has a fresh fruity flavor with hints of bitterness.
